Consent to Personal Data Processing

By checking the “I give consent to the processing of personal data” box in a form on the website vostokocean.ru (the Website), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to Vostochny Okean LLC (address: office 2, 17 Basargina Street, Vladivostok, Russia; office: premises XIX, 4th floor, 1 Golovinskoye Highway, Moscow, Russia) (the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes of processing

  • responding to an inquiry submitted through the contact form and contacting me about it;
  • preparing a quote in response to a price request;
  • verifying the organization I represent, granting access to prices and the personal account, processing and fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, and delivery;
  • complying with the law on the circulation of precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.

For each form, data is processed only for the purpose for which the form was filled in.

2. Personal data covered

Surname, first name and patronymic; position; telephone number; email address; the name, INN (Russian taxpayer ID), OGRN (state registration number) (for a foreign organization, its registration and tax numbers) and address of the organization I represent; information contained in the documents I upload; the text of my inquiry; IP address, and the date and time the form was submitted. Only the data I have entered in a particular form is processed.

3. Processing operations and methods

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in Section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without automation tools. No decisions producing legal consequences for me are made solely on the basis of automated processing: the decision to grant access to prices is taken by an employee of the Operator.

4. Parties entrusted with processing or receiving data

  • the party that develops and provides technical support for the Website under a contract with the Operator and on its instructions, to the extent necessary for the Website to operate; the Operator provides information about this party on request;
  • Yandex.Cloud LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow 119021, Russia), for hosting the Website and its database on servers in the Russian Federation;
  • transport companies and banks, to the extent necessary for delivery of and payment for an order.

Personal data is not transferred across borders.

5. Term of consent and data retention

This consent remains in effect until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than:

  • for inquiries and price requests, 12 months from the date of submission;
  • for organization verification requests that have been declined, 30 days from the date of refusal;
  • for verified organizations, the entire period of cooperation and 5 years after the last order (the retention period for primary accounting records).

6. Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending the Operator a request through the form on the “Contacts” page or by letter to the Operator’s address given above. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except for data it is required by law to retain (for example, records of completed deliveries and transactions involving precursors). After consent is withdrawn, access to prices and the personal account may be terminated.

7. Confirmations

I confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy, including my rights as a personal data subject, and that I am providing information about the organization I represent and its documents with that organization’s knowledge.

By clicking “Accept all” in the cookie window, I give the Operator consent to process cookies, my IP address, browser and device information, the addresses of the pages I view and my actions on them using the Yandex Metrica service (YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow 119021, Russia, processes the data on behalf of the Operator) for the purpose of analyzing traffic and improving the Website. Session recording (Webvisor) is not used. This consent is valid for 12 months from the moment it is given. I may withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page of the Website. Necessary cookies (signing in to the account, the cart, the selected language) work without consent; the Website cannot work without them.
